There are less very less chances of you getting the Chennai campus with CSE branch as the admission to CSE branch in Chennai campus usually gets closed at 30k to35k rank. So you can wait for the round or phase 2 counselling process then you might get the vellore campus but then also you will get the CSE branch with specialization only.

If you go for the Bhopal campus or the Amravati VIT campus then you will get admission in category 1 and for the CSE branch for sure. So better to go with these branches of VIT. VIT Bhopal campus has good system in cybersecurity so it will be no doubt benificial to get admission in Bhopal campus with CSE branch.

The fees in VIT totally depends on which category you are eleigible to take admission and that respective branch. If you are getting the seat in category 1 of counselling of VITEEE, you need to pay the minimum fees for the course, else you'll have to pay more fees for the same.

your rank in VITEEE is 31402 which is not a good rank to get CSE in vellore campus in category 1.

You have slight chances to get in further process of counselling but in category 1 you can get the non- tech branches such as mechanical , civil , etc. in the Vellore campus.

You can try for VIT CHENNAI if you can get CSE as based on previous year closing rank data, it was ~33k for cse in VIT CHENNAI.

You can proceed for counselling in VIT CHENNAI, as there is low yet a chance to get CSE.
