 According to last year Cutoff, there is fair chance of you for the selection in Mtech mechanical with the specialization in CAD, The cut off of these are changes every year so you should fill these with other specialzation also.

Category 1 students need to secure rank range from 200-300 in order to get seat in vlsi

Category 2 students need to secure 700-800 rank inorder to get seat in vlsi through viteee

As you got 348 rank, you've fair chances to get a seat in vlsi in vit vellore.

It is always highly advised to crack GATE with a very good rank. But it depends on how much motivated you are. If you feel that you are motivated enough to sit for 1 more year and crack GATE, then you should definitely go for it.

As per the last year cut-off, there will be fair chance for you for the CSE with the Specialization in big data, but as the rankwise cutoff changes every year, you can try for the same. fill the form according to your preferance.
