There are two categories divided for this ;

Category 1 : In this category the seat will be get over upto 220 - 300 rank.
Category 2 : In this category the seat will start from 700 - 800 rank.

Based upon your rank and in which category you are lying only you will be get offered vlsi in VIT.

The tution fees for BTech/BE course in VIT is approximately 1,80,000/- per year.

The hostel fees is-

VIT university has released VITMEE 2018 application form in online mode on February 22, 2018.VITMEE application form 2018 has to be submitted with the prescribed application fee on or before May 21, 2018.It is important for candidates to check the complete eligibility criteria of VITMEE before applying for M.Tech admission.

I did not attend VITEEE nor VITMEE however I attended NATA 2018 , can I apply for b.arch in VIT??

Yeah surely you are eligible to take admission in VIT with your NATA score because for taking admission in B.arch courses at VIT there are two ways either through VIT entrance exam or through NATA.

It is moderate. It is definitely not as tough as GATE is. So if you have prepared for GATE, you may stand a chance at clearing it.
