VIT is one of the top private colleges in Indian which offers several courses .There are limited seat for MCA in vit campus there are around 160 seat in Vellore campus ,60 for Chennai ,and 210 for bhopal campus . The safe rank to vit campus is to rank under 250 .

With your rank it difficult to get vit campus for MCA .but till last counselling in all campuses .

There are near about only 270 Seats are available for MCA Course in VIT. 60 Seats in Chennai Campus and 210 Seats in Bhopal Campus of VIT Vellore. So Many time in spot counselling merit level will reaches at this rank but the chances of the selection is too too much minor because Seats Availability is lesser than the level of our rank.

Sorry ,There is no flexibility at the time of counselling because near about only 270 seats are available for MCA in VIT. 60 Seats in Chennai Vellore and 210 Seats in Bhopal Campus . So, with regard of you're query. Candidates with a rank of 7500 to 27,5000 are eligible for admission to the VIT Vellore campus. And the rank varies depending on the branch in which you complete your diploma. CSE has a cutoff rank of 7500-8000, IT has a cutoff of 8000-9000, while ECE has a cutoff of 16,000.

Vellore Institute of Technology has released the VITMEE form for 2022 admissions at the official website: vit.ac.in

Exam is scheduled for june 4 amd 5, 2022. Last date to fill the application form is May 20, 2022. The application form fee is 1200 rupees.

The application form requires the mandatory details such as personal details, qualifying exam details, passing details of the undergraduation program, etc. So as you mentioned that you are not able to fill the month and year of passing /appearing, in this section. You need to mention the month and year in which you passed your undergraduation program. If you are still in the final year of your undergraduation program, then you need to mention the date of your passing year.
