As per the analysis of previous years cut-off data for VITEEE, you have almost no chances for CSE branch in any of the campuses of VIT but you have some chances in following campuses with mentioned branches :-

Vellore - Civil Engineering

Chennai - Civil Engineering, Electronics & Computer Engineering, Fashion Technology

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

The merit list for VITEEE 2021 will be prepared based on the marks scored in the entrance examination. The scores are converted to percentile score normalising the marks based on the top score, least score, total number of candidates appeared, etc. A rank list is prepared based on the percentile scores of the candidate. The percentile scores are used to determine the rank. The admission is done based on the rank secured by the candidate. It depends on you, if you are willing to study in VIT, Bhopal then you should participate in counselling. You also need to consider the financial support that you have. If you have a decent rank then you may considering participating in the counselling. But make sure that you give the preferences of branch in which you are interested in. If you have appeared in any other entrance exams or applied for any other colleges then you should choose in which college you are willing to study and in which college you have better chances of getting seat in the branch you are interested in. You need to consider all these things and take a decision.
