The tentative schedule of December Tern End Exam Sheet is already released, you can check out the schedule at http://www.ignou.ac.in/userfiles/Tentative%20Date%20sheet%20for%20December,%202021%20TEE.pdf, now coming to your question, the application form pertaining to December TEE fill up is yet to begin, it may get commenced anytime soon, you can stay updated at the official website at ignou.ac.in to know more details regarding the same, you can choose your preferred exam centre while filling in the December TEE application form, and you will be accordingly given your preferred exam centre, in majority cases your preference will be considered only in cases of exception it happens that candidates are allotted different exam centre

If you intend to appear for December Term End Exam then make sure you have already submitted assignments for ANC-1 and BEGE-107, the examination form is already released on 17th November at https://exam.ignou.ac.in/, the last date to fill the form is 15th December, you are required to pay Rs 200 per course, just fill in the form by firstly providing your programme code, enrollment number, RC and afterwards provide your  choice of study centre, DOB, email-Id, mobile number, course code for the courses you want to appear in the term end exam for, and at last make the requisite payment through debit card/credit card/net banking as per preference. in case you have any other queries feel free to mention in the comment box below.
