see the college you have mentioned istop ranked colleges in terms of quality education, however if fees is your main concern then you should go for ashutosh college, it has really good location and fees are comparatively less than other colleges, however ranchi university is good if you want to do job after completing studies, through there is no 100% placement but students get to work in internships which is provided by the university.
