As per Wbjee counseling, there are 3 rounds but in career 360 college predictor - wbjee counseling , there are 4 rounds. Which is correct?
There are three rounds in wbjee for which will conducted for sure. After that many seats of different quotas except the management quota and of government and private colleges that remain vacant are alloted to the students on the basis of GMR only in the mop up round. If still in some Colleges the seats remain vacant then they can arrange decentralized counselling. So rounds are three and one special round called mop up round then again one round you can say as decentralized counselling.

You have a good rank in WBJEE 2019. You can get admission in government colleges. Even you can get IT in many government colleges like GCETTS, GCETTB, leather technology , ceramic technology and many more. Also you can get TFW in some private colleges. You cannot get Jadavpur University as the Cutoff is much lower there. But you can get many other government college with this rank. Chemical engg at JU or CSE at Jalpaiguri. Which department Should i Join in terms of salary and scope in future?
JU is best known for ECe, CsE and Mechanical engineering.
Jalpaiguri is prividing 100% placements in CSE with average package of 4.3lpa.
CSE also has excellent demand by 2020 if done from top colleges.
Hence Jalpaiguri is best preferred.
