Yes,you can change your college/uni from one university to other in 2nd year but the chances are really low try to score really good marks in your 1st year and also make sure you get a seat before going for another university and then proceed for further process, you'll need migration certificate and probably a NOC from the former university.

BASLP stands for Bachelor of Science in Audiology and speech  language pathology. Which is a 4years course. The BASLP course train  student to identify the science of audiology  and language pathology. This course trains student how to treat identify and prevent hearing disorder of people. After BASLP of 4 years candidate can take admission in MS LP of 2 years. MSLP admission is based on merit of the student and they have to appear for an entrance test of which result  is also a criteria for taking admission inMASLP course.
