    The Minimum percentile which can ensure Admission in above-mentioned colleges given Below:+-

    • XIMB - 95
    • Xiss Ranchi - 85
    • GIM Goa - 90

    All above Colleges are exceptional brands with GIM And XIMB in top35 colleges with almost 100 percent Placements and an average salary of 8LPA and 11LPA respectively.

    XISS Ranchi is more suitable for Human resources Specialization and has very mediocre Placements.
    Average salary is in range of 7-8LPA.

    Overall return on investment is very good at all above Colleges and have very good brand value in terms of Ranks and accreditation.

    Both institutes are not comparable since they are offering different courses but XISS is one of the top B-schools in the country for Human Resources
    Purely from a placement perspective XISS is much better than Praxis Business School and also has a much better brand image

    In cmat last year the general category cutoff was around 95 percentile.
    In Mat and cat you don't need 90+ percentile instead with the average percentile of 70-80 you can seal your birth in xiss ranchi.

    Both are the good colleges but for MBA in Rural management the best option is IRMA. The most notable and striking feature of IRMA is the internship. There are 3 internships and one village induction programme. The companies visit to the campus IRMA like Aga Khan Rural Support Programme, Arghyam,Arohan Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., Barrix Agro Sciences Pvt. Ltd., Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society, Centre for Incubation and Entprenereship, Centre for microFinance (CmF) etc. The average salary of the current batch is Rs. 10.22 lakhs per annum, and the median is Rs. 8.40 lakhs per annum.     I have got pgdm(Finance) in Imt nagpur and I had also applied in xiss(Hrm) but couldnt get that . Should I go with imt nagpur ?

    Hi, IMT Nagpur is a decent choice. You can pursue your PGDM from there. Specially the placements are good. Companies like Adani, Aditya Birla, Amazon etc come for placements.
    If you have good skills and good performance in academic years then you can expect a package around 6-7 Lacs.
