Max 5 Xerox copies. And don't be so tense if you don't have 5 Xerox copies they do have Xerox machine ( every college have) but for being on safer side you should take atleast 5 copies

Aadhaar Card

S.S.C or its equivalent Mark Sheet

6th standard to Inter Study Certificates

Transfer Certificate (T.C)

Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate

Income Certificate issued after , if applicable.

Caste Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.

Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years in case of Non-Local candidates.

Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) / NCC/Sports / Minority certificate if applicable.

Residence certificate in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.

So you wish to accept the seat offered through TS EAMCET while waiting for CSAB Counselling? YES you are allowed to do that, however please note that during physical verification no original documents is kept by the college, only affidavits (if applicable) are kept whereas only Xerox copies are to be submitted and verified through original. This is also mentioned in the official TS EAMCET Detailed Notification.

Certificates like Transfer certificate, Migration, character etc. are only accepted as originals and not as photo copies. Instead of waiting for your new college to object to your submitted document and make the procedure more hectic for yourself, it would be wiser to just ask for the original migration from the authorities that have issued them.

At the time of document verification you need to provide original certificates as well as photo copies of all the original certificates. So you need to provide original memos and photocopies of the memos of the qualifying exam. You need to carry 3-4 sets of photo copies of the original documents along with all the originals at the time of document verification. So you cannot provide attested photocopy of you memo. AP PGECET 2020 counseling has not started yet so in the meantime you can obtain your original memos and be ready with all the required documents before the document verification. Yes,a xerox copy is enough for Eamcet while councelling but make sure that you take the original certificate from your institute which you had completed your intermediate studies. It will be a mandatory document which you need to be produced to the college authority while reporting.It will be good for you to keep a set of xerox copies of all the documents and do upload in your personal gmail, no one knows when there will be a sudden requirement of a document.

According to the official detailed notification of TS EAMCET All original certificates and 1 set of Xerox copies of all the documents is needed. So, your 10th TC original certificate is also required along with the Xerox copy.

For counseling always submitted the scan of original documents. So if you have Xerox copy you can scan it and upload it.

If there physical verification start then must be original copy required for verification. But you submit your Xerox copy.

From your question it seems like you already got AIIMS seat through AIQ and now you are aiming to attend the TN state counselling for CMC Vellore . As per the MCC AIQ counselling rules , since you have got a seat through All India Counselling and has completed the admission procedure , you would not longer be allowed to leave it and you are not eligible for further counselling. Also , you will have to submit the original documents while attending the counselling procedure because there will be a verification process , xerox copies will not be accepted.You are lucky to have got AIIMS so I think you should think very well before leaving it as it is a most reputed medical institution in India. Take a careful decision . You can once go through the counselling rules regarding AIQ through the official MCC website .

Yes this is a very common problem for droppers who are already enrolled in a course and sit for exam nextanext year and then want to join a different college.

Don't worry. If you have a digital copy of your certificate you can just printed out and the the counselling authority may verify the same. But make sure that you have sent a a email to their official email ID elaborating your problem and conditions.

Please do this. Send a email to their official email ID.

also you can visit the school you passed your 12th from and ask them for a duplicate certificate. They may provide you.

This is a very common problem and you don't need to worry.
