As you ask about fee structure of YCCE for SC category, so YCCE is one of the expensive college in Maharashtra........ it is very high for the students who belongs to open category ... but as you mentioned you belongs to Sc category ..so for reserved category 50% of fees are less than open category....for reserved category fees lied between 35000 to 75000.

I want to suggest you to join VIIT,Pune if you are Left with these two options.
According to the reviews given by the graduates if you are having an aggregate of 60 percent till your 7th semester then you can grab a decent placement offer.
The infrastructure is also quite good and the college has made several developments.The faculty is also good. The faculty of the core branches are holding a Phd degrees.
If you are going to join VIIT, Pune then you will surely not going to regret your decision.
The placement here goes in the following order:
CS>IT>Mech>Civil
So this was my suggestion and now the decision will be yours.

Which is the best one Raisoni or YCCE ?

Well in comparison with YCCE with Raisoni varius aspect must have to be taken into consideration in which both the institutions are best at their place .
Ycce academic wise is a far better as all the other engineering college in nagpur (exemption VNIT ) but what make it diffrence is autonomy which makes it a good option .
Where as Raisoni is also an autonomous but what makes it diffrent from Ycce is its way to provide a internship in last semester which is a good opportunity to implement what u studied in ur academic’s and implement right away during this tenure .
Well on the other hand YCCE provides good placement opportunities then the Raisoni but at the same time the intake of candidates in Ycce is much higher than any other institutions in maharshtra which directly result the placements of the student's .
Where as placements are IT biased so core branches have very few opportunities to get a job in hand .
Other than this infrastructure wise Raisoni lags to YCCE and quality of education of YCCE is far better then Raisoni.

At 72% it looks difficult for you to get admission to the college which you are looking for.

See, i may be not the apt. one to answer this but still as far as i have heard and researched this is what i found.
It is toattaly upto you . If you find it interesting and have passion towards it go for it .
Don't take this course as a option if you don't get admission in MBBS. College .
Many subjects in BAMS include allopathy syllabus , but let me clear you will have to face Ayurveda subjects like padharthavigyan , and many Ayurveda ancient scripts which are in Sanskrit .
You will have to learn Sanskrit slokhs , let the Ayurveda concepts seep deep in you mind , Ayurveda will teach you how to live a healthy and disease free life .
You will have to study same topic in Ayurveda as well as allopathy .
Talking about job opportunities after Ayurveda .
You can set up your own clinic .
Or you can work in government primary health care center's as medical officer with good payment .
You can do post graduation in Ayurveda and become specialist in particular subject

YCCE is best known for its Mechanical engineering branch. Mechanical engineering core has best faculty and training their and a fair placement too. It is a Evergreen branch too. YCCE is the best mechanical engineering college in that city , only college to stand infront if it VNIT.

YCCE Nagpur is good or average ?
Current scenario of engineering in NAgpur. It's like VNIT>>>>>>>RCOEM>Government college of engineering Nagpur >NPTI> YCCE >ALL other engineering colleges in Nagpur.
If I take out VNIT from above list all other colleges comes under average(only RCOEM) and below average colleges in any context.
So the topic was YCCE , college is just ok . people do take admission bcoz they couldn't make it to RCOEM. YCCE shows 70–75% placement record but thats just mass recruited jobs but atleast better than sitting jobless. hardly any core company visits YCCE.3 star for academics and extracurricular activities.And don't expect any internship you have to find it by your own.
STILL it's a good option for those who couldn't make it to any upward preference in the above list.but if someone studies here with good efforts and interest consistently then he can land in a much better place in future.

you have to try for the private college in your domicile to get an admission. yes you can get electrical branch but it will be in a privat college. Make for counselling and give the option to give a try. put other college options to backup and have to take an admission for sure.
private colleges also provide quality education for a students to showcase the skills.
