In other words, data could be some values and paragraphs, but unless you combine them with other relevant data, such as pie charts, tables, headlines, and subtopics, it will never be able to deliver a message to the reader. This is why information is constructed.
System:A system is made up of a number of related components that work together to accomplish a single goal by converting inputs into outputs in a predetermined way. A system is a collection of connected parts having specified boundaries that cooperate to accomplish a single objective. The word "system" is used to describe a group of people, processes, methods, components, rules, and ideas. In other words, a system is everything in itself, including people, places, work environments, abstract concepts like freedom and dependability, as well as processes for organizing, controlling, and staffing.
