MS office, which is usually known as Microsoft Office is a software that was developed by Microsoft. It is a proprietary product of Microsoft Corporation and was first released in 1990. • It is called a data-processing application.

• Calculations can be easily done in MS excel with the help of formulas.

• Most companies use it to show profits for several years with the help of charts and graphs.

3. MS PowerPoint

• MS PowerPoint was released on April 20, 1987.

• It is widely Used to create audio-visual presentations in companies and colleges.

• Presentations are created with the help of various slides and animations also give a contribution in it to making them attractive.

• Each slide is made with audio, video, graphics, text, bullet numbering, tables, etc.

• The extension for PowerPoint presentations is “.ppt.”

4. MS Access

• This was released on November 13, 1992.

• It is also known as Database Management Software (DBMS).

• Several forms and reports can be created on MS Access.

• It is helpful in Importing and exporting data into other formats.
