What is the full form of MSF?

The MSF Full Form is the Maharashtra Security Force. The Maharashtra State Security Corporation Act of 2010 established the Maharashtra Security Force (Maharashtra Act No. VI of 2010). All of the chosen individuals have been granted the title of Special Police officer under Section 21 of the Bombay Police Act, 1951. Training Process of MSF

They receive training from members of the Maharashtra Special Reserve Police Force (SRPF), Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS), Maharashtra Intelligence Academy (MIA), Pune, and the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), all of the Indian government.

Each employee's background and character are meticulously checked, and they are subject to harsh discipline.

The training aims to provide security officers with the abilities and knowledge necessary to accomplish organisational objectives and advance personally. MSSC security officers go through both fundamental training and refresher re-orientation training. They prepare their security guards both physically and intellectually for all security purposes during this training. Personnel in the Force go through extensive training after selection.
