The Full form for PARAKH is Performance, Assessment, Review, and Analysis of Knowledge for Holistic Development. National education policy 2020 also known as NEP has established the development of a National Measurement Centre termed as PARAKH. PARAKH also known as Performance, Assessment , Review, and Analysis of knowledge for Holistic Development. It is a standard body that is developed to achieve basic norms. Its use is recommended for the student assessment process. It is used to do evaluation and in promotion to enhance learning. PARAKH mainly focuses on evaluation and development of students for all the recognizing boards. PARAKH helps to guide all the schools in evaluation of a student assessment and it will lead to development of best practice in education of the child.Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has established a National Assessment Centre for students, that was termed as PARAKH, on 11th september 2020. This movement is developed for the betterment of students and also to reduce burden from students

1.It will put an end to cramming education:- This movement will focus more on the Practical learning of the child and helps to understand the practical situations. It will help to develop the basic knowledge of the subject and also helps to improve the concept of a student instead of just mugging up the education.

It will help students to get practical knowledge: Main advantage offered by this moment is that the student will be now provided with Practical education by going to a lab such as a computer lab , science lab, botany lab , zoology lab and the student will now be less dependent on theoretical knowledge.
3. It will reduce the burden on students : Due to the burden that comes in the exam, the students get depressed and they start to feel anxious. This movement reduces the burden on the student by following a proper scheme for the assessment and evaluation of a student.
