Qualification To Register For Wipro NTH

Below is a list of qualifications required to appear in Elite NTH

• BE/ BTech (compulsory degree)/ ME/ MTech (five-year integrated course) full-time course recognised by the Central/ State government of India.

• 60 per cent or 6.0 CGPA or equivalent as per respective university guidelines must be obtained.

• All branches except fashion technology, textile engineering, agriculture and food technology are eligible.

• Only full time courses are permitted, there should not be a part-time or correspondence or distance learning education in degree, class 10 or 12.

• In 10th and 12th standard, the percentage obtained must be 60% or above.

Also there are other criterias which must be fulfilled by a student appearing for Elite NTH which are as follows-

• Only one backlog is allowed at the time of the assessment stage.

• Maximum 3 years of gap in education allowed (10th to graduation)

• The offer by Wipro will be subject to all backlogs being cleared.

• Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last six months are not eligible.

• Should be an Indian citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country.

• Bhutan and Nepal nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.

Year of Passing

As mentioned above, Elite NTH was for freshers of 2021 and 2022 engineering graduates. So the year of passing must be either 2021 or 2022 only.

Designation

Designation is ‘’Project Engineer’’. Project Engineer is a starting point of Wipro careers for Freshers.

Compensation

Compensation along with work at Wipro is as good as that of other multinational companies. Joining compensation is INR 350000 along with a bonus of 25,000 along with regular increments. This amount is competitive for a newbie. Hence Wpro Elite NTH is a good opportunity to get a job at Wipro.

Evaluation Process

The evaluation process of Wipro NTH consists of multiple stages which starts from registration after which the exam will be conducted online. Post exam there is business discussion then letter of intent. After these processes, an offer letter is provided from Wipro which is the official letter of confirmation for joining the organisation.

The online assessment exam is 128 minutes long and consists of 3 sections.

1. Aptitude test which consists of topics like Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability. This section is 48 minutes long.

2. Written communication test consists of essay writing which is of 20 minutes duration

3. Online Programming Test: There are two Programs for coding of 60 minutes duration. Candidates are given a choice to choose any one of the programming languages from Java, C, C++ or Python. .

The results of Wipro NTH will be communicated to the respectives students by emails or

other means of communication provided by individual candidates.
