want to fill failure candidate but mistakenly fill improvement exam cbse want to cancel it whats the procedure to cancel

Jefferson 25th Sep, 2024

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to us at Careers360 about your CBSE exam situation.

Oh no, filling out the wrong form can be such a headache! Don't worry though, we'll try to sort this out.

For cancelling an improvement exam registration with CBSE, you'll want to contact your school or the CBSE regional office directly as soon as possible. They're the ones who can help process cancellation requests.

I'd suggest speaking with your school counsellor or principal first, as they often have the most up-to-date info on CBSE procedures. If you need to go directly to CBSE, you can find contact details for your regional office on the official CBSE website.

Just remember, there might be a deadline for cancellations, so it's best to act quickly. Do you need any help finding the right contact information?

How to prepare for JEE mains in 6 months? What topics needs to be focussed on? Will the JEE main cover preparation for BITSAT as well?

Jefferson 25th Sep, 2024

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to Careers360 with your JEE Mains questions. I totally get it - preparing for such a big exam in 6 months can feel pretty daunting.

For JEE Mains prep in 6 months, you'll want to focus on the core topics in Physics, Chemistry, and Math. Some key areas to drill down on:

Physics: Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Optics

Chemistry: Physical Chemistry, Organic reactions

Math: Calculus, Algebra, Coordinate Geometry

The good news is that JEE Mains prep does cover a lot of ground for BITSAT too. There's quite a bit of overlap in the syllabus. You might just need to brush up on a few extra topics for BITSAT, but your JEE studying will definitely give you a solid foundation.

As for top colleges, the IITs are always popular choices. But don't forget to check out NITs and BITS Pilani too - they're excellent options.

Let me know if you need any more specific advice on your prep strategy. Wishing you all the best with your studies!

The one time registration section is asking for graduation proof but I havent received my degree yet can I submit 8th sem marksheet as proof

Prachi Kumari 25th Sep, 2024

Hello,

Yes, you can typically submit your 8th semester marksheet as proof of graduation if you haven't received your degree yet.

Most institutions understand that degrees may take time to be issued after completing the final semester. Make sure to check if the registration guidelines specify acceptable documents, as requirements may vary.

It’s also a good idea to include a statement indicating that you are awaiting your official degree, which can help clarify your situation. If possible, contact the relevant authority for confirmation to avoid any issues during the registration process.

Hope it helps !

If i get any college in 2nd round of bams maharashtra counselling but i didnt like it then can i fill status retention form in college which is alloted in round 1

Prachi Kumari 25th Sep, 2024

Hello,

Yes, if you receive an allotment in the second round of BAMS Maharashtra counseling but prefer the college allotted in the first round, you can fill out the status retention form.

This allows you to retain your seat in the first-choice college instead of accepting the new allotment. Make sure to follow the specific guidelines and deadlines set by the counseling authority for submitting the retention form.

It's important to confirm your eligibility and the procedures outlined by the admission office of the respective colleges to ensure a smooth process.

Hope it helps !

I got 5k rank BCD non former in ap emcet do I get seat in any veterinary college

kumardurgesh1802 25th Sep, 2024

Hello student,

With a 5,000 rank in the BCD non-farmer category in AP EAMCET , your chances of getting a seat in a veterinary college are possible but might be competitive.

Key Points :

  • Seat Availability : Veterinary colleges in Andhra Pradesh have limited seats, especially for specific categories. The cutoff for BCD candidates can vary each year based on the number of applicants and their scores.

  • Counseling Rounds : Your chances might improve in the later rounds of counseling, especially if higher-ranked candidates opt for other courses.

Keep an eye on the counseling process and consider backup options if needed. Engaging actively in each round could improve your chances of securing a seat in a veterinary college.

I would recommend you to use AP EAMCET college predictor tool by Careers360 to get the list of possible colleges you can get with your rank.

is Neet MDS admissions over? since tye cut off just reduced

Prachi Kumari 25th Sep, 2024

Hello,

The NEET MDS admissions for 2024 are not over yet . Recently, the Ministry of Health lowered the qualifying cut-off percentile for NEET MDS 2024 by 21.692 percent across all categories. This reduction means more students are now eligible for postgraduate dental programs. As a result, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is reopening the registration for NEET MDS counselling

If you are eligible after the cut-off reduction, you can still apply during the reopened counselling period, which will fill the remaining seats, including stray vacancies . Keep an eye on the MCC's official website for updates on the counselling schedule.

Hope it helps !

i am a private candidate from cbse and i fillid previous school pin code in neet application and in counselling i filled school pin code as 99999 will it will create issue in admission

kumardurgesh1802 25th Sep, 2024

Hello Shaival,

Filling in different PIN codes on your NEET application and during counseling could potentially raise questions during the admission process, but it is unlikely to be a major issue if the rest of your information is accurate and consistent.

Key Points :

  1. Document Verification : During admission, authorities primarily verify your identity, educational qualifications, and category certificates. Minor discrepancies like a PIN code are generally not a cause for rejection but may need clarification.

  2. Possible Action : If you are concerned, be prepared to explain the reason for the discrepancy during the document verification process. It’s also a good idea to have supporting documents from your school that can confirm your enrollment and address.

  3. Contact Authorities : To avoid any complications, you can contact the counseling authorities or the admission office of the college where you are seeking admission to explain the situation beforehand.

    Conclusion :

While the different PIN codes might raise a query, it’s not likely to cause significant issues if you have consistent and accurate information elsewhere. Being proactive and prepared to explain the discrepancy can help smooth the process.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.
