Hello,

The HP Board evaluates MCQs based on the OMR sheet. If you did not fill the OMR, your MCQ answers might not be checked, and you could lose marks for those questions.

However, you can contact your school or board officials to explain the situation and see if anything can be done.

I have selected only one domain in cuet , can I eligible to get honours paper And I selected only biology domain then which colleges accept me????

Prachi Kumari 30th Mar, 2025

Hello,

If you have selected only one domain in CUET, you are eligible to get an honours paper for that specific domain, provided the university offers honours programs in that domain. Since you selected Biology, you can pursue a B.Sc. (Honours) in Biology or related fields if the university offers it.

As for colleges accepting you, many central and state universities across India accept CUET scores for admissions, especially those offering B.Sc. (Honours) in Biology or related fields . Some of the well-known universities include:

  1. Delhi University (DU)

  2. Banaras Hindu University (BHU)

  3. Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI)

  4. University of Hyderabad

  5. Aligarh Muslim University (AMU)

  6. University of Rajasthan

  7. Jadavpur University

Hope it helps !

How to change selected career options

Sajal Trivedi 30th Mar, 2025

Hii There,

Making a career change may be both thrilling and difficult, but with the correct strategy, it can result in a rewarding new route.  Assessing yourself is the first step; determine your values, interests, and abilities to determine what genuinely drives you.  Think about what you enjoy doing, establish a list of your transferable talents, like leadership or communication, and what you value most, such creative freedom or work-life balance.  After completing this, look into different employment paths that fit with your interests.  Take online courses to learn new skills, network with professionals through job shadowing or networking, and investigate various businesses.

I hope this answers your question.

Thanks

admission date in d.el.ed course ?

Sajal Trivedi 30th Mar, 2025

Hii There,

Candidates who want to work as primary or upper primary school teachers can enroll in the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) program.  Students who have finished Class 12 and want to pursue careers in teaching and education often enroll in the D.El.Ed. program.  Applicants for the D.El.Ed. program must have received at least 55% of the possible points in the Senior Secondary Examination.

I hope this answers your question.

Thanks

I forgot to write my class 12th roll no. in my cuet application form and the correction windows are also closed, is there any chance of my form getting rejected

NITYAM MAHUR 30th Mar, 2025

If the CUET application form specifically required your Class 12th roll number and you missed it, there is a small chance that it could create an issue during verification. However, in most cases, minor errors like this do not lead to outright rejection, especially if other details (like your school name and board details) are correctly filled in.

I have my fathers name misspelt(correct: Krishnabala Dora, misspelt as: Krishna Ballav Dora) in my GATE 2025 SCORECARD, will the colleges reject my application right away or will I be able to show the affidavit? In case, I am able to present the affidavit, when will I be able to show it for proof? will the colleges ask for the affidavit or shall I have to send them via mail or upload somewhere? Or will I need to present the affidavit during the document verification process of admission? What shall I mention in the affidavit? Will I even be eligible for admissions into IITs or NITs with this mistake, for this accademic year(2025-26)?

Prachi Kumari 30th Mar, 2025

Hello,

A minor spelling mistake in your father's name on the GATE 2025 scorecard is usually not a major issue, and colleges generally do not reject applications solely for this reason. However, to avoid any complications, you should be ready with an affidavit stating the correct name.

When and How to Show the Affidavit :-

  • If the institute specifically asks for a correction, they might request the affidavit during document verification.

  • Some colleges may ask you to upload it during the online application process.

  • If there is no option to upload it, carry the affidavit and other supporting documents during the physical verification process.

  • You can also email the concerned authority of the respective institute if required.

What to Mention in the Affidavit :-

  • A statement that both names belong to the same person (your father).

  • Your correct details and the GATE 2025 scorecard reference.

  • Signature and attestation from a notary or gazetted officer .

Also, you will be eligible for IITs and NITs as long as all other details are correct. This minor mistake should not lead to rejection if you provide proper clarification during document verification.

Hope it helps !

I write my name vanshika Lamba instead of vanshika in cuet exam form is it will effect my admission process

Prachi Kumari 30th Mar, 2025

Hello,

If your name on the CUET exam form is "Vanshika Lamba" instead of just "Vanshika" , it might create issues during the admission process if it does not match your official documents (Aadhaar card, 10th/12th marksheet, etc.).

To avoid problems, you should check if CUET allows corrections in the application form . If the correction window is open, update your name as per your official documents. If not, contact CUET authorities or the university you are applying to and ask for guidance.

Hope it helps !
