My rank in VITEE is 202158,can I get a seat in vit-ap this year

lisa 19th May, 2025

With a VITEEE rank of 202158, you are likely to be eligible for admission to VIT-AP. However, your chances of getting your preferred branch (like Computer Science) might be limited, especially in higher-demand programs.

Careers360 suggests that candidates with a rank up to 1 Lakh are eligible for admission to all four campuses, while those above 1 Lakh are eligible for VIT-AP and Bhopal only.

In 12 if I have passed overall but got RT in chemistry and i have to pursue zoology. Will that be a problem in admission

Prachi Kumari 19th May, 2025

Hello,

If you have passed overall in Class 12 but got RT (Repeat Theory) in Chemistry, it might cause a problem during admission, depending on the college or university rules.

Some colleges may ask for a clear pass in all subjects before giving admission. Since you want to pursue Zoology, Chemistry is one of the main science subjects, so some colleges may not accept RT in it.

It’s better to check with the college where you are applying. If they allow provisional admission, you might get time to clear your RT before final admission.

Hope it helps !

175 cut offf of engineering college for aritificial intelligence and database system

lisa 19th May, 2025

For engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu offering Artificial Intelligence and Database Systems (often bundled as Computer Science with a specialization), a cutoff score of 175 is generally considered a strong indicator of admission potential for certain categories like SC, ST, and other reserved categories. For the general category, a score around 185-195 might be more competitive for these specialized branches. Specific colleges and branches within those departments will have slightly varying cutoffs, but 175 can be a benchmark for many institutions.

Prachi Kumari 19th May, 2025

Hello,

Tamil Nadu does not have EAMCET . It gives admissions through NEET and TNEA .

  • For MBBS, BDS, AYUSH courses , you must write NEET-UG .

  • For paramedical and allied health courses , Tamil Nadu gives admission based on 12th marks .

  • For agriculture courses , apply through TNAU counselling , also based on 12th marks.

  • You can’t write Tamil Nadu EAMCET because it does not exist .

  • If you want to write AP EAMCET , it is for Andhra Pradesh colleges only.

  • Use your native status to apply in Tamil Nadu easily.

Hope it helps !
