As per your rank in NEET PG exam and previous year cutoff, you will get no colleges with this rank. It is such a biiger rank.
Last year Santosh medical college and hospital rank goes upto 71000 for anesthesia and orthopedics. So, it is very hard to get these colleges. You can also check your predictor link, it will provide the list of colleges you can also apply by management quota:
