Well in bihar chances might be pretty low considering the point that the number of seats in Bihar are pretty less and the cut off goes high as compared to other states. Maybe if you can go for comedk then you can have a chance there. If you have category benefits then that too will add benefit to your chances of getting admission and getting a seat. But still the score is low for a general category student to get a seat.
