any possibily to change the examination center of the CMAT exam after the application form submission

As mentioned in the prospectus and the FAQs of CMAT it is pretty clear that there is no chance of changing any of the data submitted in the application. So for you it is not possible to change the examination center. you will have to appear for the exam from the same exam center that you have choosen.
