First of all congrats as you  are hoping for hbti so you must have secured good rank in jee 2019 . As per latest news hbti might not take admmision through upsee. HBTI KANPUR is switching itsintake through jee mains this will be great news as more intake will be there. And yes HBTI is cfti now so 75% is must for more info check: http://hbtu.ac.in/
