assume that I got upto 100 rank in jee main 2021. Can I take admission in NIT Trichy because I got 63% in board

See to get admission in NITs including NIT Tiruchirapalli you have to meet certain eligibility criteria apart from qualifying JEE Main Examination. And for NIT Trichy you will have to get really good rank as mentioned. Usually the basic eligibility criteria required for admission in NIT Trichy via JoSAA counselling is as under:
- A candidate needs to obtain at least 75 or more aggregate percentage of marks in class 12 board examination
- Or he/she should be in the top 20 percentile list in his/her respective board.
Though for this year this eligibility requirement has been scrapped. Let us see what happens next year. But if the above eligibility criteria are compulsory to meet then you will not be allowed to take admission unless you are in the top 20 percentile list ( which if you are from CBSE is not possible on 63 percentage).
