At my jee rank 19129 ,I can get ECE in IIIT Delhi as well as I also got CS in VIT Vellore Pl advise which institute I should join

Both these institutions are very good in quality, ranking faculty and ranking. Since you have got different courses in these two different universities it is a matter of your interest about which course to pursue in order to make your career over a longer period of time.

But if in terms of placements and everything out of these two colleges. IIIT Delhi is a better ranked one is really good.
