Hi there.
Both the books are very good and may turn out extremely helpful if used in the correct way.
HC Verma is an excellent book and the most sought after study material for physics because of its easy language and various types of examples. HC Verma is used for the purpose of making your concepts clear and having a crystal clear understanding of the subject matter. Make sure to do the examples. Reading the theory won't clear your concept but solving problems would do that.
Physics book by Arihant is DC Pandey Objective Physics book for NEET. This book is used for the purpose of practicing questions. Each question is different in the book. No two questions in the chapters are similar.
