best college between JNTUA(ANATAPUR CSE) and siddaganga institute of technology (TUMKUR CSE). Please clarify

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur is a state university in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India. There are a lot of courses in B.Tech program here. The fees for B.Tech course starts from 22.76 lakhs and it goes upto 5.6 lakhs. Placements are good here. Last year almost 30% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 14 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was around 2.4 LPA .
Siddaganga Institute of Technology is a technological institute in Tumakuru, Karnataka, India. A lot of courses are here. Fees for B.Tech goes upto 2.44 lakhs. Placement percentage is nearly 100% For the year 2017, for CSE branch the average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA whereas the highest salary package offered was 10 LPA.
Overall in terms of infrastructure both the colleges are good.But in terms of placements JNTUA college is good.
