Hi, yes there's a lot of scope for bsc Psychology in both govt and private sector. After completing your masters in the same you apply for jobs in various govt. Or Pvt. Schools, hospitals, clinics etc. After completing your M.Sc in psychology you can become a qualified practitioner in the job market. You can work with different health organizations, medical colleges, health care homes, you can become a counsellor, a health educator. After giving the NET exam you can become a teacher as well, you can be an HR Consultant, motivational speaker, work with welfare organizations, childcare worker, rehab expert, you can work with organizations that help diabled people or children with learning disabilities.
