YES Samina ...a btech student whose final year result is awaited can happily apply for ssc je post...but there is a condition that you need to have the mark sheet on or before the date mentioned in the comission.

*There is no need of your mark sheet untill tier 2 exam results are issued,if you got your result before stipulated date  join the srvice after documents verificationotherwise no,and addition to this you can also apply for CHSL
