hello kaustubh kalepatil,
to give jee mains paper 2,the candidate should have physics,maths(both are compulsory) and chemistry/biology/any other vocational courses,so you cannot give jeemains paper2.
but i think you have the chance in NATA entrance exam.so contact the authorities to make sure of it via mails or helpline.please refer the following links for your reference:

sorry to say you that bio student will not be eligible for even writing jee mains paper 2, since it includes some concepts and topics related to maths in which you will be poor so you will be definetly not able to answer them so you will be fail in answering them .so ,why dont you try for NEET but your decision is yours you will not at all be eligible for writing paper 2 .
