Hi Ajay,
Yes you can apply for both type of enteries but you are required to submit seperate application. However only one application form need to be filled for one particular entry. There is not much information available on the time alloted for both but most probably it will be different for both the enteries since they are allowing the candidate to apply for different enteries.
