Can I claim home state quota for admission in YMCA Faridabad ,if I have a birth certificate of haryana but I have done my 12 from Punjab.

Hello student,
YMCA Faridabad is best state government in Haryana. About 80% seats are reserved for home state students. But there are some criterias also.actually every state university has state reservation policy by which they offers admission to the students who already completed their 10 + 2 level from the state where the college is situated.
So in this case as if you have completed your 10 + 2 level from Punjab no home state quota will be d applicable for you.
