Yes, you will be able to apply for March session later on so don't worry, even if you have applied for only February session right now.
Actually,
For filling jee mains 2021 application form, students have the option to apply for one Session or more than one Session i. e 2 or 3 or all the 4 sessions together .
So, now that application window is open for February session you could have applied for both February session and March session if you wanted to attend both February and March session but now that you have already submitted the form you cannot fill it again right now.
But no need to worry,
You will be able to apply for March session and rest of the sessions as well later on.
This is because,
You will have opportunity to apply again for the remaining March/ April / May Sessions as application window will be re-opened for these sessions
For example,
the application Window will be reopened just after the declaration of February session results and that time you can apply for March session and the rest of the sessions as well, similarly application window will get reopened after march session results and April session results .
When a candidate appear in more then one sessions then the best performance out of the attempted sessions will be considered for admission i. e if you appear in all the 4 or 3 or 2 session of Jee mains, then your best score out of these attempts will be considered for your admission process
