    Hello Gutam,

    AIIMS Patna is alloted by Counseling done by AIIMS Delhi, based on rank in AIIMS entrance exam and category of candidate,Domicile is not a criteria , so it doesn't matter as it is institute of national importance, also your caste should be in central list for sc category to apply to aiims patna.

    Last year cut off rank from st category for aiims patna was 24045 so acc to this you have decent chances of getting aiims patna

    But the question is whether i am able to take admission through hindi level caste certificate (signed by block as well as sdo) in aiims
