can i get admission in surajmal,agarsen or vips colleges in 2480 rank ? And if yes in which shift?

Hello,
The recent year cutoffs are not released yet. As per the previous years cutoff rank I think you can get admission in any of the aforementioned colleges. As the cutoffs were around 9726 and 21673 for the colleges you mentioned. In my opinion you would get admission in second shift and not in first shift as the first shift cutoffs are even higher.
