Hi dear,
See the thing is in 92 percentile your rank would be around 89665-90000. And in that rank you cannot get admission in top NITs or IIITs with CS branch there are some other good colleges in which you can get admission and those are:-
University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Rohtak
IIIT Pune
National institute of science and technology,Odisha
