It is quite hard to predict the exact situation as it depends on the number of students attempting the exam the preferences of the students and the seat matrix of the college.
Number of seats in IISER - 1700
Number of seats for IAT - 1300
Number of category seats - 200 approx.

Looking at these data you can say that the chances of you getting into IISER is pretty low.
