In jee mains rank 20700 and as SC category student there is a great chance for you to get any IISER that related to your State. You can get any of the seven IISERs in India.There is iiser in Kolkata in WB,Bhopal IISER in Madhyapradesh,Berhampore IISER in Odisha Thiruvananthapuram IISER in Kerala,IISER Pune ,Maharastra,IISER Tirupati AP, IISER Mohali,Punjab. Those who have a good rank in jee mains will able to achieve the IISER Pune,IISER Bhopal.

Dear aspirant
IISER admission 2022 will be done through three channels- JEE Advanced , KVPY and IISER aptitude test . Thus, the authorities will release a separate IISER merit list and cut off 2022 for candidates applying through different channels of admission.
Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research has released IISER Aptitude Test result 2022 on August 12, 2022, in online mode at 12:00 PM.
Last year IISER was allotted upto all india rank 12329 in IISER bhopal BS (economic science) for SC category
By seeing your current rank, You have very less possiblity of getting any of IISER college at your rank

Yes in counseling college allotted through overall ranking only. Even your category rank is also more than total available seats in IISER so you think yourself about your chances
