    Dear Triyon,
    Whether you will get a seat or not it will depend on few factors. If you belong to GNDCD — Delhi Region Defence category you can be assure of getting a seat at your desired institute but if you are from GNGND — Delhi Region General it will be a little tough and if GNGNO — Outside Delhi Region General candidate then it will be tougher for you. I giving you the link of previous year's cut off list of 2nd and 3rd round take help of these and gather information about your possibilities.
