As of now, there's no upper age limit for NEET, as long as qualify the following criteria you're eligible t apply for NEET:
Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, having Biology as an additional too counts here.
PCB Aggregate inclusive of theory and practical against one's category needs to be achieved such as
- UR-50%
- SC/ST/OBC-40%
- PwD-45%
So, if you fulfill the above mentioned criteria, you can appear for NEET, as there's no upper age limit, hence no such restriction in number of attempts.

Your graduation is not taken in account for considering your Neet eligibility what matters is your 10 +2 qualification so you are still eligible for Neet examination even after your BSc animation provided
you must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st.
also there's no upper is limit for Neet examination so you don't need to worry even about your age
