Can I upload my sister domicile certificate in upsee

According to the most recent infirmation brochure of UPSEE ,a candidate who has passed the examination of UPSEE with minimum qualifying marks , has to upload the domicile of his FATHER OR MOTHER ONLY. NO other domicile certificate will be considered. So i do not think you can upload the domicile certificate of your sister.
