Yes, other state's students can also take part in mop up round of Punjab NEET counselling but the only oneso who have registered themselves for All India Counselling and not their particular state counselling. I hope this information was helpful to you!

So Do we have to be present there for offline mopup in punjab for govt. Seat by doing only All india registration??
