The prerequisite to apply for neet is that you should have studied Biology as your subject. It doesn't matter if it's an additional subject you studied. As long as you have passed the subject, you can appear for neet.

Candidates need to make sure that they fulfil the NEET eligibility criteria as provided in the following points:
He must be an Indian citizeCn.Candidates must have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology (PCB).
Moreover, he must have secured at least 50% marks (40% for the reserved category) at the higher secondary level (12th).Candidates must be at least 17 years old (31 December 2019).
The upper age limit for NEET 2019 is 25 years (the age limit may or may not be applicable as per the final decision of conducting body)
Candidates of the SC/ST category are eligible to enjoy 5 years age relaxation in the upper age.
Only three attempts will be given to clear the NEET exam. However, candidates can take a year gap if they want in between to prepare for the exam
