Scholarships are College specific and usually either merit based or need based. Merit based scholarships are given to Candidates who have exemplary Academivlc profile. The Institutions offers such Candidates scholarships. Need based Scholarships are those that are offered to Candidates who need financial assistance to complete their Studies. Again this as well depends on the Institution. So you should check with the College that you want to take admission in if they have any such scholarship facilities.
