Class 12 below 60% are matter in final placement if i get admission in top b school ??????

Actually, it depends a lot during your internship placements because at that time almost all of the companies shortlist your CV on the basis of 10th, 12th and graduation percentage. As you don't have your CGPA of b-school at that time so they prefer to look student's past consistency in academic performance for shortlisting a student for further process.
During Final placement also many of the companies look for your past academic records but the number of companies doing that is fewer than internship placements. At the time of final placements companies majorly concentrate on your previous work experience and internship. But still, your 12th percentage matters significantly in your CV shortlisting for the second round.
All the best!!

its seriously matter .... i'm kind of tensed .... i'm expecting cat raw score 132 to 138 .... nd sc category but i'm now tensed with my 12 th result
With 132+ marks you will definitely get a good percentile, surely above 85+ percentile and maybe above 90+ percentile. That will get you calls from maby old IIMs and all new IIMs.
Also you will get call from FMS if you have applied for it. So overall you will have a good chance of converting your call and getting an admission in a good IIM.
You cannot change your 12th percentage and whatever gonna happen in future because of it. ONLY THING YOU CAN DO IS REDUCE THAT LOSS AND THAT CAN BE DONE BY GETTING IN A BEST IIM.
In the best IIM even if you get placed a little late than your batchmates then also you will end up in a much better company than your colleagues studying in an IIM lower in ranking than your college.
So stop worrying about it and PREPARE VERY HARD FOR YOUR WSAT AND INTERVIEW. Give your best so as to get admission in best college. That's all.you can do now.

Yup i"ll prepare very hard but i'm tensed with my 12 th percentage .... because i'm worried about placement .... yes i'm applied fms entrance exam.... and thank you
I told you that don't worry much about 12th percentage because you can't change it now. Prepare hard, get admission in good college and then get a very good pointer in that college. Be in top 10 percentile CGPA among your batchmates and then you can nullify th loss due to less percentage in 12th class.
Thanx a lot
You are always welcome for all your queries!!
It depends on the company's shortlisting criterion if they would like to consider 12th marks. So some of the companies might not shortlist you.
Usually for final placements they refer to the candidate complete profile and CV, so if you have a good CV there are high chances of shortlisting in a good number of companies.
