Closing rank for AIIMS Delhi in gen category is around 50 whereas that for other AIIMS (Bhopal, Jodhpur etc) is around 600-700 in gen. Why?

AIIMS DELHI is the premier institution for pursuing MBBS in India.
It surpasses all other colleges in its grandeurits facilities and it's faculty.
Other AIIMS which are newly opened will take many years to reach the level of Delhi AIIMS.
Also there is some faculty shortage and construction work ongoing in other AIIMS.
Hence there is no doubt in mind of a student when he chooses AIIMS DELHI.
