The fees for diploma engineering is around 8000/- to 10000/- per semester in government colleges and around 15000/- to 20000/- per semester for private colleges. This is just an estimate. The fees vary with the region in which the college is located but will remain between this range itself for most of the colleges

For polytechnic colleges it costs around 50k-1lakh annually,if it is a private institution.
If I consider govt. Colleges they cost around 40-50k annually.
