You need to get in touch with the admissions office at the earliest to get this rectified. Firstly drop a mail to the admissions office stating your problem and give the subject of the mail as " Error in form data - Application number (IP University's)"
Make sure you mention all the relevant details in the mail. Post that you can consider calling up the admissions office as well.

But sir they are not responding and someone tell me that ipu will send u a mail later to change your roll no is it true??
