During the counselling for NEET the following documents will be required during the NEET Counselling . Candidates must carry original documents along with attested photocopies to the counselling process:
- NEET Admit card
- NEET 2020 Result/Rank Letter
- Class X Certificate and Marksheet
- Class XII Certificate and Marksheet
- 8 passport sized photographs (Same as the one affixed on the application form)
- NEET Seat Allotment letter
- Proof of Identity (Aadhar card/PAN card/Passport/ Driving License)
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
In state counselling for 85% state quota along with the list given above you would need your own domicile certificate not ID proof of your guardian.

- NEET 2020 admit
- Card NEET Scorecard or Rank Letter
- Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)
- Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
- ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
- Eight passport size photographs
- Provisional Allotment Letter
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)
So , yes you don't need to upload your parents or guardian's proof during neet counselling.
